Several Elite options that Pivot off of TB routes all rolling at 8:30 from River Drifters

Gravel Options
Road option – Up and over Suck. Right at Powell’s Crossroads and back via the back of Signal on 127. Down the W road to River Drifters. 45 miles. Nobody needs a map for that route.

 

Englishman Option – do a loop to the east and south of Lafayette. Park at the Wilder Tower parking lot and we’ll leave at 9:00 for a 3.5 hour roll time, moderate pace, store stop around 30 miles.

Sat. 4/20

First, apologies for forgetting to post last week’s ride.

Roll with TB at 8:30 from I-75 GA Exit 345. See TB post for parking suggestions. Will roll with them until the store stop in Subligna at mile 26.8 at which point will head back north for the return. 53 miles.

Sat. 4/6

Elites will roll at 8:30 with TB from St. Elmo Food City. Over the toe and then up and over the Stair Steps, but then left on 299 to Murphy Hollow. Come down Slygo, up and over on Morganville Ridge and return via Creek Rd, Wauhatchie, etc. If you want more you can climb up Lookout on Scenic Hwy to Sanders. 44 miles without the add on. There’s a store at mile 28 if anyone needs it.

Sat. 3/30

Roll out from the Old Bi-Lo/B&B Discount/Tuesday night Worlds location at 8:45 for a similar route as TB, but only one climb and 46 miles. If timed correctly we’ll merge with TB somewhere on Levi Rd. If not, oh well…..  Same route up Hotwater, Poe Rd, but then turn back right on Mowbray Mtn road at mile 27.6 to descend and back to the start. If you’re totally confused, look at the map.

Sat. 3/16

Roll with TB from Mike’s Hole in the Wall at 9am, over the toe, Wauhatchie, 299, left on Slygo all the way to the Gliderport, where we’ll turn left and return via Creek Rd. Yep, no Burkhalter climb. 42 rolling miles.

Looks like rain in the morning. Ride at your own risk. Haven’t heard from TB, so stay tuned.

Sat. 3/2

Elites will roll with TB at 9am from the Patten Community Center in Tiftonia. We’ll chase them up and down stairsteps, Murphy Hollow, up and down Sand, but will turn tail for home via Creek Rd. when we get to Trenton. 48 miles and 3,000 ft.

Sat. 2/3

Elites will wait on TB to roll by at Falling Water probably between 9:20-9:30 and ride their route which will be about 45 miles. The attached map is the full TB route.
