Weather permitting, Elites will roll with TB at 9am from Soddy Ball Fields. Climb Retro Hughes, but will head down the mountain via Brayton Mtn Rd. into Graysville.  See map for turns. 46.5 miles.

TB Saturday 9/28

Now, Bubba ain’t too bright, but if there is one thing he has learned lately, it is don’t trust the weatherman. We will attempt to do a ride up north from the Soddy Ball Fields, but who knows what Saturday will bring as far as weather. Roll at 9:00 for a trip up Retro Hughes, north across the top to Hwy 30, down, store stop in Graysville, and back. Store stop at mile 46.9, Keylon’s Market & Deli. Post-ride festivities at Monkey Town.

Elites will tackle TB’s problem from another direction. Roll from Steady’s Campground at 9, head over the toe, out Creek Rd. over to Murphy Hollow, and return via the Stair Steps. Who knows, we might blend in with TB on the Stair Steps.

Saturday 9/21

This week Bubba will do a loop to the west starting from Steady’s Campground at St Elmo Food City. Through town, up and over Suck, and back via the stair steps. Store stop at the bait store at mile 38.2. Post-ride festivities at Tap House.

Sat. 9/7

To avoid confusion and competition, Elites will roll from St. Elmo Food City at 9am, head south through the Battlefield, and meander through North Georgia. You’ll need the map to not miss some of the turns.

Bubba Sat. 9/7 – Road to Hell and Cleveland Circuit Ride

The Cleveland Circuit Ride, a fundraiser for Family Promise of Bradley County, is this Saturday. There are 25 km, 50 km, 100 km, and 100 mile options.

The first wave of riders start at 7 am from Black Fox Elementary School (3119 Varnell Rd, Cleveland, TN 37311).

Road to Hell alternative to CCR

Head south for a trip down (up?) the road to hell via the cove and Dougherty Gap. Store stop at mile 30.6, the Cove Store. Post-ride festivities at Tap House.

Bubba will roll at 8:00 from River Drifters to try and beat some of the heat and afternoon thunderstorms. Park in the grass/gravel field across the road from River Drifters. Store Stop options @ Mile 28.4, Mile 31.3, Mile 37.2 and/or Mile 50.1.

Holiday ride from Bub One and Sweetie’s house. Followed by the usual shenanigans. BYOB.

Elites will have 2 options Saturday. The first is to ride with TB. This is a very doable and great route. The 2nd is to roll at 9am EDT from the Little White Church in Sequatchie Valley and roll up to Pikeville and back. 50 miles, and Goat, we will be doing this route counterclockwise which brings us by the Cookie Jar Cafe.
